1. High-precision parts manufacturing
YININ Company starts from the source and adopts modern manufacturing equipment and precision measuring tools, such as CNC machining centers, three-coordinate measuring instruments, etc., to ensure that the size accuracy, shape accuracy and position accuracy of key components such as bearing inner and outer rings, rolling elements, and cages meet the design requirements. Through strict raw material screening and heat treatment process optimization, the hardness and wear resistance of bearing materials are further improved, laying a solid foundation for high-precision assembly.

2. Advanced assembly technology and equipment
In the assembly process, YININ introduced automated assembly lines and intelligent detection systems, and used high-tech means such as machine vision technology and laser ranging to achieve precise positioning and assembly of bearing components. For example, the precise placement of bearings by high-precision robot arms avoids assembly errors caused by human factors.
